Shipping Policy

Carrier All orders are shipped via DPD.

Delivery Time Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may be slightly longer during public holidays.

Shipping Rates

• Orders over €60: Free shipping
• Orders under €60: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout

Order Processing Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Area We currently ship within Germany and selected EU countries. For shipping options to other countries, please contact us.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a DPD tracking link so you can follow your parcel in real time.
